Explore the wineries in Barossa Valley, Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale.

 

Schedule:

Day 1:

–Take our tour bus to visit noted views of the city: Victor Harbour, the State Capitol, St. Peter’s Basilica, Glenelg Beach, Adelaide University and Chinatown.

–Visit Barossa Valley—the most famous wine region in Australia. Climb on the Mengler Hill and have the whole view of Barossa Valley. Sightsee noted wineries, ancient wine cellars and advanced wine making equipment. Taste various wines and enjoy the nature.

Day 2:

–Visit the most 4 noted wineries in Australia. (1) Penfolds—a largest winery locates in Nuriootpa. (2) Jacob’s Creek—locates in Tanunda and holds a wine making base on a largest scale. (3) Wolf Blass (4) Yalumba.

–Have a view of Whispering Wall.

–Visit lavender estate—there plants over 90 kinds of lavenders.

–Go to the famed German migrant village—Hahndorf and visit the well reserved ancient European architecture, special boutiques and local civilisation.

Day 3:

–Take our tour bus to go to the Victor Harbour and view the unique landscape of countryside of South Australia.

–Visit Goolwa Village and view Murray River. The Goolwa Village is a most suitable place to view Murray River.

–After Lunch, go on our journey in McLaren Vale—a most famous wine zone in South Australia. We may enter the wine estate, visit wine cellars and taste local wines.

Wineries:

Barossa Valley – is one of the most noted wineries in Australia and an oldest winery in the world. In this region, ancient and long lasting Silesian Culture is well reserved. Even now, there keeps the most ancient vines in Barossa Valley. Familial wineries inherit the grape planting work and their wine making technique is carried on from generation to generation. Apart from the famous vines, the scenery is also appealing. Numerous artists and talented winemakers, as well as tourists are keen on the beautiful landscape and local wine culture.

Adelaide Hills—a wine region around Adelaide City. It is a part of Mount Lofty which locates with Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale. Adelaide Hills is one of the widest and most time honoured wine regions in South Australia. Its wine planting industry began on the year 1839 and wine tribute from this zone has even been favoured by Queen Victoria. Adelaide Hills has a fascinating scenery which appeals lots of tourists to visit.

McLaren Vale—one of the most ancient wine zones in the South Australia which locates within Mount Lofty and white beaches of St Vincent Bay. Thanks to the long and winding coastline, the traditional wine making technique is terrific and special by mixing up with a leisurely lift style.

 

Schedule:

Day 1

Pick up at airport – Adelaide City – Barossa Valley wine estates – Hotel

–A tour guide will pick you up at Adelaide airport.

–Take our tour bus to visit noted views of the city, there including the Victor Harbour, the State Capitol, St. Peter’s Basilica, Glenelg Beach, Adelaide University and Chinatown.

–After lunch, visit Barossa Valley—the most famous wine region in Australia. Climb on the Mengler Hill and have the whole view of Barossa Valley. Sightsee noted wineries, ancient wine cellars and advanced wine making equipment. Taste various wines and enjoy the nature.

–Take a rest in winery hotel.

 

Day 2

4 wineries – Whispering Wall – Hahndorf – Mount Rofty

–Visit the most 4 noted wineries in Australia. (1) Penfolds—a largest winery locates in Nuriootpa. Its Grange wine enjoys a high reputation over the world. (2) Jacob’s Creek—locates in Tanunda and holds a wine making base on a largest scale. (3) Wolf Blass (4) Yalumba.

–Have a view of Whispering Wall and listen to the magic echo of the nature.

–Visit lavender estate—there plants over 90 kinds of lavenders. We may have a taste of various desserts made of lavender and purchase delicate lavender souvenirs.

–Go to the famed German migrant village—Hahndorf and visit the well reserved ancient European architecture, special boutiques and local civilisation.

–on retour we could climb on the Adelaide Hills and have a whole view of Adelaide City.

 

Day 3

Victor Harbour – Horse Tram – McLaren Vale wine estates

–Take our tour bus to go to the Victor Harbour and view the unique landscape of countryside of South Australia. Victor Harbour was famous as a whale hunting harbour. It has amazing sandbeach and coastline. People could usually enjoy the sight of baby penguins, seals and dolphins. During the period of July to September, it’s probable to see southern right whales.

–Visit Goolwa Village and view Murray River. The Goolwa Village is a most suitable place to view Murray River.

–After Lunch, go on our journey in McLaren Vale—a most famous wine zone in South Australia. Thanks to vagaries of climate and soil, the wine made here has a unique taste and enjoys a high popularity. We may enter the wine estate, visit wine cellars and taste local wines.

–Return to Adelaide City and we will take you back to the airport. The South Australia wine tour will then be completed.

Remarks

1. To ensure all the scenic spots are viewed, we will keep the right to adjust schedule.
2. For passengers with carsickness, please take Dramamine in advance.
3. In summer season, please take suntan oil, sunglasses, topee, mosquito repel, etc. against strong sunshine.
4. Additional charges due to any force majeure (bad weather, traffic, etc.) should be afforded by customers.
5. To follow the wish of customers, our tour guide will help to advise and book local restaurants. Charges should be afforded by customers.
6. Any responsibilities concerning airlines, cruises, hotels, restaurants and scenic spots should be taken by certain third party.
7. Prices will rise by 15% during festival time.
